To help H Samuel increase traffic to premium necklace product listing pages and in turn increase sales for certain product categories and SKUs
The task was to focus on specific category pages whereby an improved organic position for high-value keywords would result in a significant increase in revenue and average order value.
upUgo undertook keyword research and long tail keyword research that informed targeted content creation for H.Samuel’s specified landing pages.
upUgo wrote intent and brand optimised copy with contextual internal links for the landing pages and provided consultancy throughout the project
upUgo supplied the copy in the required HTML format to improve the ease and speed of upload to the H.Samuel CMS.
Following content upload during the month of February, the client saw 78% increase in revenue from February to April.
Revenue for the target product category in April 2020 was 176% higher than in April 2020.
By supplying the content in the specified format, the H.Samuel team were able to upload this quickly and as a result they started seeing results within 2 weeks of upload.
The contextual internal linking helped to boost many low hanging fruit keywords into the top positions which saw our traffic go through the roof
